Jennifer E. Tirrell was orphaned by the age of three, and kinship-adopted. She knows what it means to rise from broken roots into a life of purpose. Now a transparent and encouraging writer and speaker, she uses her personal story to connect deeply with others. Her stories are shaped by faith, confirmed by history, and centered on Truth. With boldness and vulnerability, she invites you to merge your roots, purpose, and blessings — to live all-in.
Her Children’s Picture Book, Little Sprout says Yes! is based on a real one-horned goat who finds his family – Ephesians 1:5, Adoption through Christ.
Her poignant time-split novel, Jane’s Secret, debuts June 2, 2026, with Ambassador International. Her richly layered suspense story weaves between the Tudor period and present day, and pulls readers into a world of hidden truths, historical intrigue and modern day discovery. Her story storytelling is both immersive and elegant, offering a gripping journey that fans of mystery, history and strong female leads will savor.
Pets to the Rescue, A Cousin Crew Series releases Book One February 3, 2026! Apple Butter Adventure is a co-authored mystery for elementary school children that focuses on improved literacy, prayer, and family values. Endorsed and highly recommended by Dr. Gary Chapman, author of The 5 Love Languages of Children.
Jennifer has partnered with seven local authors to organize and develop an anthology. Carolina Tides features seven short stories set in the coastal Carolinas. 100% of the proceeds will benefit women’s shelters in Brunswick County, NC, and Horry County, SC. Carolina Tides will release May 1, 2026.
She is a contributing writer to Focus on the Family, Arise Daily Devotions, Guideposts and more.
Jennifer is the President of Word Weavers Coastal Carolinas, volunteers as an AWANA leader, and assists at her daughter’s discipleship and therapeutic riding facility, Glory Hill Farm, in Monroe, NC.
When Jennifer is not writing, there is a good chance she is taking a walk or baking cookies. She is thrilled to have received her crown of white hair and six dear grandchildren to go with it—so far!
